A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all bookings, and can be sent via payment app or gift card.
Cancellations
Life can be unpredictable. As I'm sure is the case for you, the most valuable resource I have is my time, so please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule. When you cancel more than 48 hours before our appointment, your deposit will cover the entirety of your cancellation fee, and you will only be required to pay a new deposit before scheduling a new appointment. When you cancel within 24-48 hours of our appointment time, you are required to pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost in order to schedule a new appointment. When you cancel within 24 hours of our appointment time, you are required to pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost in order to schedule a new appointment.
